The international outpost of his restaurant Tapas 24 is expected to make its highly anticipated debut this summer. Under the influence of Iberian culture and the 35th edition of the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, I recently stumbled upon a recording of legendary jazz artist Miles Davis interpreting Joaquín Rodrigo’s Concierto de Aranjuez.
