This brilliantly recorded album “We Like It Here” by Snarky Puppy became a viral sensation, pushing them up the charts and bringing loads of young people into the world of jazz. Lead by bassist Michael League, Snarky Puppy was founded in Texas in 2004, and although they call themselves “pop music without lyrics”, they definitely have a huge jazz influence with world class jazz musicians as members.
